Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at +44 20 7946 0958 immediately. Due to the quick turnaround for food orders, we can only accept cancellations within a limited timeframe. Orders can only be canceled if we receive your request within 10 minutes of order placement.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The food received is different from the order you placed.
- The food is received in a damaged or spoiled state.
- An item from your order is missing.
If any of these conditions apply, please contact us within 2 hours of order delivery using the contact information provided.
Non-Refundable Items

Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment within a certain number of £ business days. Refund times may vary based on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please initiate contact with us as soon as possible.
