'HarvestKitchen' originated from a humble dream: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-oriented business, holding recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, acquired the craft of pizza creation on her Italian sojourns, gaining insights from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was first conceived. After returning to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, favoring age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Our once modest 12-seat restaurant has evolved into a cherished local staple, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains firm. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-burning oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch every morning, and seeking out premium ingredients for our pizzas.
Currently, 'HarvestKitchen' is still in the hands of the family, with the succeeding generation of the Rossi family at the helm of our zealous team. Even though we have adopted certain modern advancements, the essence of our operation is constant: forging delectable, genuine pizzas that unite everyone.
